Minoh City will provide medical checkups for children who will enter kindergartens or elementary schools in April 2023. Children who are scheduled to enter municipal kindergartens will receive a medical checkup notice along with a letter (notification of admission decision) when they come to kindergartens in mid-October. For children who are scheduled to enter municipal elementary schools, Minoh City sent a notice around the end of September.
A return postcard is enclosed in the notice. Please write whether you wish to receive a medical checkup and, if so, when, and send it back. Those who have requested to be examined will be notified of the date and time of the examination by postcard at a later date.

Date: Mon., Nov. 7, Fri., Nov. 11, Mon., Nov.14,
Mon., Nov. 21, Fri., Nov. 25
Time: 14:00-15:15
Place: General Health and Welfare Center
Diagnoses: Internal medicine, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, dentistry, vision screening
(Dental and vision exams are done only for children who will be entering elementary school.)
※If you have not received this notice because you have moved to a new address or for other reasons, please inquire at the Student Guidance Division (Jido Seito Shidou-shitsu).
※Please fill out the medical questionnaire included in the notice before going for the medical checkup. It will be necessary at the time of the checkup.
