The following facilities will stop issuing certificates such as copies of resident records on Mon., Mar. 31, 2025: Chuo, Sakuragaoka & Seinan Libraries, Right-pia 21(Kayano Chuo Culture of Human Rights Center・Kayano Chuo Jinken Bunka Center), Multicultural Center, Higashi Lifelong Learning Center (Higashi Shogai Gakushu Center), Minoh Citizens’ Activity Center (Minoh Shimin Katsudo Center), The Management Office at The First Bicycle-parking Lot at Minoh Semba (Minoh-semba Dai-ichi Churinjyo Kanrishitsu)
Facilities where you can receive certificates after Mon., Mar. 31: Minoh City Hall, Todoromi Branch (Todoromi Shisho), Toyokawa Branch (Toyokawa Shisho), Convenience Stores (Your “My Number Card” is required when issuing documents at convenience stores.)
