(1) Diphtheria and Tetanus Vaccine (DTV)
A pre-vaccination medical checklist for DTV was sent in May. This was for sixth graders.
(2) Second stage Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine (JEV)
A pre-vaccination medical checklist for JEV will be sent around mid-June. This is for fourth graders.
※Vaccinations (1) and (2) are free. Please contact below if you do not receive the checklist.
(3) Special Measures for Japanese Encephalitis Vaccination
Intended for: Those who were born between April 2, 1995 and April 1, 2007. JEV is free, if taken before the day of one’s 20th birthday. When you want to get JEV at the age of 20 or above, there is a fee.
