The “Labor Consultation Desk” at the Osaka Prefectural Comprehensive Labor Office provides consultation services for those with work-related issues. Please feel free to visit there for help and advice, in cases of sudden dismissal, non-payment of wages, forced labor without holiday, or harassment in the workplace.
These consultations are available at the following locations:
(1) Osaka Prefectural Comprehensive Labor Office, Tenmabashi (Osaka-fu Sogorodo-jimusho)
Place: L-Osaka Minami Bldg. 3rd floor (located at 2-5-3 Kokumachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka)
Time: Mondays through Fridays 9:00-17:45
※Open untill 20:00 on 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 5th Thursdays
(2) On-site Consultation Desk
Place: Osaka Prefectural Toyono Civic Center (Toyono Fumin center) 1st floor (located at 1-1-1 Jonan, Ikeda)
Time: 1st, 3rd & 5th Thursdays 10:00-13:00, 2nd & 4th Thursdays 13:30-16:30
※Please get an appointment at least one day in advance.
(3) Consultation in English or Chinese
Place: L-Osaka Minami Bldg. 3rd floor (located at 2-5-3 Kokumachi, Chuo-ku, Osaka)
Time: On an appointment basis by telephone
※Please call at 06-6946-2608 from 9:00 to 17:45 on Mondays through Fridays, and get an appointment. An English or a Chinese interpreter will support you during consultation upon request. The call for the appointment is in Japanese only, but there is no need to speak fluently.
