(1) Online tax filing (e-Tax) is available for final tax return with “My number”. You can fill out a form through Kakutei Shinkokusho-tou Sakusei Corner (QR code) on the National Tax Agency (Kokuzeicho) website.
(2) You can visit the following Tax Office in person if you need some advice to fill in the forms for your final tax return.
Place: Toyono Tax Office (Toyono Zeimusho)
Period: Fri., Feb. 16 – Fri., Mar. 15 9:00-16:00
※Closed on Sat., Sun. and National Holidays except Sun., Feb. 25.
Admission tickets (Seiriken) are required to enter the venue during this period. The tickets are given on your arrival at the Tax Office, or you can get them in advance from the official LINE account of National Tax Agency. The reception may be closed before 16:00 if there are more visitors than its capacity. Please fill out the tax forms and the necessary attached documents at home before visiting the office. When you fill out the forms as you get advice at the venue, you will be recommended and asked to use your smartphone for online submission.
