Influenza Vaccination has begun. Discount coupons for Influenza vaccinations were sent at the end of September to families with children aged from six months to the 6th grade of elementary school. There are 2 coupons per person, which provides a 1,000 yen discount per vaccination. If you want to get vaccinated and use these coupons, please do so by Sat., Dec. 28. If you have not received the coupons yet, please contact the Children Healthy Division. If you have difficulty in understanding the leaflet, please consult with MAFGA.
※Children aged under 13 are recommended to receive vaccinations twice a season. After receiving the first vaccination, an interval of 2-4 weeks is required before the second. Earlier vaccinations are recommended if you wish to use both coupons by the validity date.
※The basic fee varies by medical institutions. You still have to pay about 2,500 yen each time. Some hospitals require reservations.
