Eligibility: People from single-parent households who have a single-parent family medical certificate or child rearing allowance certificate.
Time: Sat., Feb. 15, 2025, 10:00-11:00 or 11:00-12:00
Place: Minoh Life Plaza General Health and Welfare Center (Sogo Hoken Fukushi Center) annex
What you can receive: Food items such as rice (5 kg)
Capacity: 50 households for each time period (in order of application)
Things to bring: Single-parent family medical certificate or child rearing allowance certificate, bag for groceries
Application: From Mon., Feb. 3, use the application form
