The “Certificate of Municipal and Prefectural Residents’ Tax Amount” proves the amount of taxes you paid to Minoh City and Osaka Prefecture on your income (salary, etc.) from Jan. to Dec. The issuance of certificates for the fiscal 2021 has begun. If you need a certificate, please pick one up at Minoh City Office, Toyokawa Branch, Todoromi Branch, designated public facilities such as libraries, or convenience stores.
※If you want to pick up the certificate at a convenience store, you need My number card and a 4-digit PIN.
