Please make sure to use special garbage bags when throwing away combustible waste in Minoh City. The garbage bags are available for free by exchanging a ticket (postcard) for “garbage bags for burnable waste” at the designated supermarkets, convenience stores, etc. The ticket was mailed to your address in the beginning of August. The deadline to get the garbage bags is Thu., Dec. 28. After this date, you will be provided fewer bags, and after Mon., Sep. 30, 2024, the garbage bags will not be provided for free. There are three types of garbage bags, 20 liters, 30 liters and 40 liters. When you go to receive the garbage bags, please choose the combination of capacity sizes written on the ticket, and also please don’t forget to take a large shopping bag for carrying garbage bags home.
(1) If you want to get the other combination of capacity sizes, please go to the Citizen Services Division at Minoh City Office, Toyokawa Branch, or Todoromi Branch with the ticket (postcard).
(2) The following households will receive extra free garbage bags. The additional ticket (postcard) will be mailed in the middle of August.
a. Households with children under 3 years old as of Sat., Sep. 30, 2023. (No application needed.)
b. Households with people over 65 or people with physical disabilities who use disposable diapers, and their application was approved in June. (Those who received an additional ticket last year do not need to apply.)
※The ticket has been mailed to those who have registered as residents of Minoh City as of June 30, 2023.
※If you do not receive the ticket by Mon., Aug. 14, please contact below.
