Minoh City residents sending their 2nd child to an unlicensed daycare facility (excluding company’s, hospital’s and other workplaces’ day care centers, overnight childcare centers, etc.) are entitled to receive a subsidy covering a part of their daycare fee upon application.
Eligibility: Children aged 0 to 2 in a household meeting all of the following criteria:
(1) The second child aged 0 to 2 (and younger siblings, if any) of a household whose eldest one is still below school age. (If the household’s income-based resident tax amount (Minoh City portion) is equal to￥77,100 or less, all the children aged 0 to 2 are automatically eligible irrespective of the eldest one’s age.)
(2) Both guardians and children are registered residents of Minoh
(3) The guardians (parents) are at work more than 64 hours a month
(4) The household pays Resident tax
How to apply: Fill out the application form and submit it to the Desk for Early Childhood (Kodomo Sogo Madoguchi) along with the required documents in person or by post (562-0003 Nishishoji 4-6-1, Minoh).
Application submission: Mon., Dec. 2 to Sat., Dec. 28, 2024 (closed on Sundays)
