Support for applying My Number Cards will be available. The support is to help fill out the application form and take your ID photo. This service is free of charge. No reservation is required.
Intended for: People registered as residents of Minoh City and fall under either (1) or (2) below.
(1) People applying for a My Number Card for the first time
(2) People renewing their My Number Card because it will expire
What to bring: For case (2), if you are renewing your My Number Card, please bring your current My Number Card and the expiration notice (from Minoh City).

If you are unable to go outside, a staff member will come to your desired location. If five or more people wish to apply for a My Number Card, a staff member will also visit your desired location. Please call to discuss your desired location and date.
