The City Office gets extremely crowded in March and April. You can obtain the following certificates at convenience stores if you have a My Number Card with a User Authentication Electronic Certificate.
Available Certificates:
(1) Copy of Certificate of Residence
(2) Certificate of Seal Registration
(3) Certificate of Taxation
(4) Certificate of Family Register (Full Record)
(5) Certificate of Family Register (Individual Record)
(6) Copy of Residence History Attached to Family Register
Certificates (1) through (3) are ¥100 cheaper than at the City Office.
Certificates (4) through (6) are only available to those whose registered domicile is in Minoh City.
