◆Three Requests from the Emergency Department
The Emergency Department is available 24 hours a day to provide urgent treatment for people who suddenly become ill or are injured. Please follow the instructions below when visiting the Emergency Department.
(1) Please be sure to call before going to the Emergency Department. (Phone: 072-728-2001)
When the department is busy, you may have to wait a long time or may not be able to receive medical care.
If a doctor determines that your condition does not require urgent treatment, Selective Medical Care Fee will be charged. The fee is an extra charge paid in addition to the consultation fee when a patient is judged to be non-urgent.
(2) Please bring a referral letter, your medication notebook and your My Number Card.
This makes it easier to confirm the progress of your illness and your symptoms, allowing a doctor to provide faster and more accurate medical care.
(3) Medication will be provided only in the necessary amount.
For immediate care, medication given at the Emergency Department is only for the required number of days. Please visit your family doctor at a later date.
