Health Check-up for New Elementary Schoolchildren and Kindergarteners

印刷する / Print this page

Health check-ups will be given to children entering a municipal elementary school or a municipal kindergarten in April 2020. Minoh City will send notices (containing information such as dates for health check-ups) to new schoolchildren in mid-October by post. For new kindergarteners, notices will be given during orientation at kindergartens. The medical questionnaires (a document asking about health conditions) will be sent with the notice. Please fill it in and bring it with you for the health check-up. If the notice does not arrive, please contact the School Education Office.
