Minoh City Supports You with “My Number Card” Application

There is a support desk for “My Number Card” application at Minoh City Office. They help any citizens with its application, the user registration of Health Insurance Card, the application for “My-Na points” (“My Number Card” points that can be used as digital currency), or the bank account registration to receive economic supports from the government, etc. There are a few support desks other than the City Office. Please visit any of the close desks and ask for some help, if you haven’t applied for “My Number Card”. You can get your ID photo taken for free, which is necessary for the application, and they can also help you fill out the application form.
※You can apply for “My Number Card” anytime, but can only receive “My-Na points”, up to ¥20,000 worth, if the application is submitted by Feb. 28, 2023.

(2) Toyokawa Branch: open until Fri., Mar. 31, 2023
◆A temporary support desk for application
Intended for: Those who apply for the first time
Place: Sakuragaoka Library
Time: 10:00-12:00 & 12:45-16:30
Date: Thu. 16, Fri. 17, Tue. 21, Wed. 22, Fri. 24, Tue. 28 in February
