The Long-term Care Insurance premium (amounts of money to be paid) for the fiscal year of 2024 has been determined on the basis of your 2023 income (salary, etc.). In mid-June you will receive the “Payment Notice” on how you should pay the premiums. Please carry out the payment as instructed.
(1) If you are subject to the Special Collection System (automatic withdrawal from your pension), your premiums will be deducted from your pension in Apr., Jun., Aug., Oct., Dec. 2024 and Feb. 2025.
(2) Those other than above (1) must pay the premiums 10 times from June 2024 to March 2025. If you use bank account transfer payment (automatic withdrawal from a bank account), the premium is deducted every month. If you pay them using payment slips enclosed with your “Payment Notice”, be sure to pay by the due date.
※If it is difficult for you to pay the premiums, please contact the below as soon as possible. If you fail to keep the payment due date, you will receive a reminder and have to pay an additional amount.
