In Minoh City, the age group eligible for a free gastric cancer screening and the contents of the screening will change from Apr. 1, 2025 as shown in the table below.

| Intended for | People aged 40 and over | People aged 50 and over who reach an even-numbered age between Apr. 1 and Mar. 31 of the following year |
| Contents | Stomach x-ray (barium) examination | You can choose either a stomach x-ray (barium) examination or gastroscopy. |
※If you are currently in the age groups (1) or (2) below and would like to receive a free gastric cancer screening, please apply to receive it by Mar. 31, 2025. Free gastric cancer screenings by Minoh City will no longer be available from Apr. 1, 2025.
(1) People aged 40 and over
(2) People aged 50 and over who will turn an odd-numbered age by Mar. 31, 2025
