Eligibility: Those who are between 19 and 64 years old and with a certificate for the disabled
Amount: ￥10,000 per person per month
Period: For 2 months from May 2020
How to apply:
(1) The application forms were mailed in late May to those who are eligible. Write your bank account, etc. in the application forms you received.
(2) Paste a photocopy of your bankbook showing your name and account number.
(3) Send the all necessary documents back to the City Office with the envelope for reply enclosed.
