Special Benefit for Child-rearing Families Affected by the Recent Consumer Price Hike

Minoh City is providing support to child-rearing families badly affected by the recent consumer price hike. All eligible families are entitled to receive the “Minoh City’s Special Benefit for Supporting Child-rearing Families”.
◆Eligibility:
Parents and guardians with resident registration in Minoh City as of April 30, 2025, raising children in middle school or younger are eligible regardless of income class if they meet the criteria (1) or (2) below.
(1) Those who are qualified to receive the Child Rearing Allowance (public employees not included), or
(2) Public employees, and those who have not yet applied for Child Rearing Allowance.
◆Benefit amount: ¥10,000 per child
◆How to apply:
Those meeting (1) above, no further action is required.
Others described in (2) above are required to fill out the application form downloaded from the Minoh City website and submit it to the Desk for Early Childhood (Kodomo Sogo Madoguchi) along with other required documents in person or by mail.
◆Application deadline: Thu., July 31, 2025 (valid if postmarked on that day)
