Place: Minoh Life Plaza General Health and Welfare Center (Sogo Hoken Fukushi Center) Annex
What you can receive: Food items such as rice (4 kg)
Capacity: 115 households (in order of application)
Things to bring: Single-parent Family Medical Certificate or Child Rearing Allowance Certificate, and a bag for groceries
Application: From Mon., Aug. 4, use the application form.
