Support for applying for My Number Cards will be available. This service helps with filling out the application form and taking your ID photo. This service is free of charge. No reservation is required.
Intended For: People registered as residents of Minoh City and fall under either (1) or (2) below.
(1) People applying for a My Number Card for the first time
(2) People renewing their My Number Card because it will expire
What to Bring: For case (2), if you are renewing your My Number Card, please bring your current My Number Card and the expiration notice (from Minoh City).
