The City Office opens at 8:45 a.m. and closes at 5:15 p.m. It is closed on weekends* and public holidays.
*the Citizen Registration Division, Family Registry and Change of Address Division, National Health Insurance Division, Long-term Care Insurance Medical Subsidies and Pension Division, and Desk for Early Childhood are available on Saturday. Available services are sometimes different from weekday services, so please inquire before coming.
Public facilities (such as the City Office and libraries) are closed during the New Year period (The City Office is closed 29 Dec – 3 Jan).
The City Office has one main office and two branch offices. (Available services may be different from the Main office’s services, so please inquire before coming).
