Eligibility: Single-parent households who have the Single-parent Family Medical Certificate or the Child Rearing Allowance Certificate
Date & Time: Sun., March 8 at 10:30, 11:00 or 11:30 (about 30 minutes for each)
Place: General Health and Welfare Center Annex (Sogo Hoken Fukushi Center Bunkan)
What you can receive: Food items such as rice (5kg)
Capacity: 100 households (in order of application)
Things to bring: Single-parent Family Medical Certificate or Child Rearing Allowance Certificate, and a bag for groceries
Application: From Mon., February 9 use the application form
