Support for applying for My Number Cards will be available. This service helps with filling out the application form and taking your ID photo. This service is free of charge. No reservation is required.
Intended for: People registered as residents of Minoh City and fall under either (1) or (2) below
(1) People applying for a “My Number” Card for the first time
(2) People renewing their “My Number” Card because it will expire
What to bring: For case (2), if you are renewing your “My Number” Card, please bring your current “My Number” Card and the expiration notice (from Minoh City).

If you are unable to go outside, a staff member can come to your desired location. If five or more people wish to apply for “My Number” Cards, a staff member can also visit your desired location. Please call to discuss your desired location and date.
