(1) Diphtheria and Tetanus Vaccine (DTV)
Minoh City sent a pre-vaccination medical checklist (questions about physical condition, etc.) for DTV by mail in late May. Eligible people are sixth grade elementary school students living in Minoh City.
(2) Second stage of Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine (JEV)
Minoh City will send a pre-vaccination medical checklist for JEV by mail in late June. Eligible people are fourth graders living in Minoh City.
For both (1) and (2), please read the instructions sent with the checklist on how to get the vaccination. Those who have not yet received the pre-vaccination medical checklist, please contact the Healthy Children Division.
