From 20:00 on Fri., Apr. 28 to 24:00 on Sun., May 7, “My Number (12-digit individual number) Card” related services (such as issuance of electronic certificates) are unavailable. This is due to a partial change in the “Public Certification Service for Individuals” system. During this period, those who have completed the application for the “My Number Card” cannot make a reservation to recerve it at the City Office.
