Notice on Cervical Cancer Preventive Vaccination

Cervical cancer vaccination (Silgard 9) has been available free of charge since Apr. 1, 2023. Those women who lost the chance while this vaccination was suspended can also get vaccinated for free as a ‘catch-up vaccination’. Pre-vaccination medical checklists have been sent by post late in July to those who are eligible, the first graders in middle school. If you received the medical checklist before but have not been vaccinated yet, you can still use it for the free vaccination. If you have just moved to Minoh City or have not received the medical checklist for some reason although you are eligible, please contact below.
◆Those who are eligible for a routine vaccination:
Women who were born between April 2, 2007 and April 1, 2012
◆Those who are eligible for a ‘catch-up vaccination’:
Women who were born between April 2, 1997 and April 1, 2007
