Minoh City will provide medical checkups for children who will enter kindergartens or elementary schools in April 2024. Children who are scheduled to enter municipal kindergartens will receive a medical checkup notice along with a letter (Notification of Admission Decision) when they come to kindergartens in mid-October. For children who are scheduled to enter elementary schools, Minoh City sent their notice late in September.
Please write back with a return postcard enclosed with the notice whether you wish to receive a medical checkup and, if so, choose an available date. Those who request the checkup will be notified of the date and the time of the examination by postcard as determined.

Place: General Health and Welfare Center (Sogo Hoken Fukushi Center)
Contents: Internal medicine, ophthalmology and otolaryngology (Additionally, dentistry and vision screening for children who will be entering elementary schools)
※If you have not received this notice because you recently moved to Minoh City or for other reasons, please contact below.
※Please fill out the medical questionnaire enclosed with the notice, and bring it with you on your checkup day.
