Some are designated as Dangerous Goods under the Fire Services Act and their storage methods and usage are prescribed. Nail polish, nail-polish remover, oil for kerosene heaters, gasoline and light oil for cars are some of the examples. (1) Do not use or store them near a fire.
(2) Do not buy or stock more than you need.
(3) Do not store them where they might fall over or fall down in the case of an earthquake or other disaster.
