The inside of the Higashi Library which was renovated is divided into two areas: the “Lively Area” and the “General Area”. In the “Lively Area,” children can relax and have a good time in comfort. There are picture books, books on child-rearing, and magazines. There is also a diaper changing table, a nursing room, and a place for eating Bento. In the “General area,” there is a space where you can bring your personal computer and some drinks, and enjoy reading books quietly. Both adults and children will feel right at home. Please feel free to use the Higashi Library.
