Minoh City provides financial support to guardians who are having difficulty buying what they need at school for their children attending elementary or middle schools. This support is intended for guardians to buy their children’s school supplies such as pencils or notebooks and to pay for school lunches & field trips. The guardians can receive money for school entrance preparation as a part of Support for School Expenses around March, before enrollment of school. Whether or not a guardian can receive this support depends on the child’s family annual income (e.g., salary). If you are a guardian who has children enrolled in municipal elementary and middle schools in Minoh City in April 2022 and would like to apply for this support, please submit the application given at the school enrollment orientation to the School Life Support Division by Thu., Mar. 31. The application can also be downloaded on the Minoh City website and can be sent by post as well. The guardians who have children entering middle school this April and have already received the Support for School Expenses of this school year do not have to resubmit the applications.
