(1) Diphtheria and Tetanus Vaccine (DTV)
Minoh City sent a pre-vaccination medical checklist (questionnaire about physical conditions, etc.) for DTV to those who are eligible, by post early in May. The eligible children are the sixth graders in elementary school living in the city. (Legal ages for this vaccine are 11 and 12 years old, before turning 13.)
(2) Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine (JEV) – the second stage
Minoh City sent a pre-vaccination medical checklist for JEV to those who are eligible, by post late in May. The eligible children are the fourth graders in elementary school living in the city. (Legal ages for this vaccine are from 9 up to 12 years old, before turning 13.)
For both (1) and (2), please read the instructions enclosed with the checklist on how to get the vaccination. Those who have not yet received the pre-vaccination medical checklist, please contact below.
