For the disposal of “burnable garbage” in Minoh City, you are required to use designated garbage bags. You can get the bag free of charge in exchange for the “Ticket (postcard) for Free Burnable Garbage Bags” at supermarkets, convenience stores, etc. The ticket was mailed to you on or shortly after August 1. The deadline to get the garbage bags is Sun., Dec. 28. Even after this date, you may exchange it at the City Office or Toyokawa or Todoromi Branches, but the number of bags you can receive will be reduced. This ticket expires Wed., Sep. 30, 2026. Garbage bags are available in the capacity of 20, 30 and 40 liters. Please select your most preferable combination of capacity sizes described on the ticket. When you exchange the ticket, please bring a biggish bag appropriate to carry your exchanged garbage bags home.
(1) If your preferred combination of capacity sizes is not on the ticket, please visit the Citizen Services Division (Shimin Service Seisaku-shitsu) at Minoh City Office, or Toyokawa or Todoromi Branches with the ticket.
(2) The following households will receive extra free garbage bags. The additional ticket (postcard) will be mailed in the middle of August.
a. Households with children under 3 years old as of Tue., Sep. 30, 2025. (No application required.)
b. Households with people over 65 or people with physical disabilities who use disposable diapers, and whose application was approved by the end of June. (Those who received an additional ticket last year do not need to apply.)
※Registered residents of Minoh City as of June 30, 2025 are entitled to receive the ticket.
