If you wish to send your children to municipal nurseries (4 in Minoh City), private nurseries (24 in Minoh), certified daycare centers (“Nintei-Kodomoen”, comprehensive nursery / kindergarten combined facilities, 6 in Minoh), or municipal-level childcare services (8 facilities in Minoh) for entry in April 2021, please submit the application in the November – December 2020 period specified below. Applicants on the waiting lists, who have already applied for the entry but are not yet admitted, are required to reapply. The application process is as follows. Please fit it into your schedule. Details will appear in the November issue of Momiji Dayori.
※Usually, applications are accepted by the 5th of the previous month for entry. For example, for entry in December, the application deadline is November 5.
◆How to apply:
(1) Get a set of blank forms required for application.
These forms are available from Mon.Oct.19 at the General Reception of Child & Youth Support (Kodomo Sogo Madoguchi) on the 2nd floor of the Minoh City Office Annex. They are also available at the municipal and private nurseries, Nintei-Kodomoen, Toyokawa and Todoromi Branches, General Health & Welfare Center (Sogo Hoken Fukushi Center). They can be downloaded from the Minoh City website as well.
(2) Submit a set of completed application documents to the General Reception of Child & Youth Support (Kodomo Sogo Madoguchi).
The application is accepted from Tue., Nov. 24 to Wed., Dec. 16. The reception desk is open 8:45-17:15 except Sundays.
