Minoh City sent a pre-vaccination medical checklist (questions about physical condition, etc.) for JEV by mail in March. Eligible people are those born between Apr. 2, 2011 and Apr. 1, 2012. Minoh City sent it to those who were delaying the second vaccination due to the vaccine shortage in June of last year. Those who have not yet received the pre-vaccination medical checklist, please contact the Healthy Children Division.
