COVID-19 vaccination remains free of charge until Mar. 31, 2024.
◆Intended for
(1) Anyone aged 6 months or older who received the primary series of vaccinations:
The number of shots for the primary series varies depending on ages: 3 shots for ages from 6 months to 4 years old, and 2 shots for ages 5 or older.
Those recommended to receive the vaccination are people aged 65 or older and those with underlying medical conditions aged from 6 months to 64 years old.
(2) Those who have not received any vaccination before:
The primary series of vaccinations is also available with unused vaccination tickets if aged 6 months or older.
◆Vaccination tickets
(1) People who receive the tickets: Minoh City sends the tickets to those eligible by post 3 months after their last vaccination.
(2) People who don’t receive the tickets: Those who have unused vaccination tickets, or whose vaccination records have not been recognized won’t receive the new one. Please use the unused ticket to get vaccinated.

Tatsumi-Imamiya Hospital, Teruha-no-sato Minoh Hospital or designated individual clinics
◆How to make a reservation
Make a reservation by calling the hospital/clinic where you wish to receive the vaccination. Please call Minoh City COVID-19 Vaccination Call Center below for reservations at Tatsumi-Imamiya Hospital. For further information including online reservations, please refer to the leaflet enclosed with your vaccination ticket or the Minoh City website.
◆Types of vaccine
Omicron variant effective vaccine (XBB.1.5) of Pfizer, Inc. or Moderna, Inc.
※Only Pfizer vaccines are used for children aged from 6 months to 5 years old.
※Pediatric vaccines are used for children aged from 5 to 11 years old, and infant vaccines for ages from 6 months to 4 years old.
※The types of vaccine vary depending on venues. Please ask for details when you make an appointment if necessary.
This vaccination is not mandatory. Please consider getting vaccinated, recognizing both its effects and risks. If you don’t receive the vaccination ticket or need further information, please contact below.
