¥1,000 off coupons for influenza vaccines were sent at the end of September to families with children aged from 6 months to the 6th grade of elementary school. Enclosed are 2 copies of the coupons per child valid until Thu., Dec. 28. If you want to have your children vaccinated, you may use these coupons by the expiration date. If you have not yet received the coupon, please contact the Healthy Children Division (Kodomo Sukoyaka-shitsu).
※Please read the instructions included with the coupon to find out which hospitals it can be used at and how to administer the vaccines.
