Telephone Consultation Service for Foreign Workers
You can use this service for foreign language advice on working conditions (the number will connect you to the Telephone Consultation Service for Foreign Workers). When you call the Telephone Consultation Service for Foreign Workers, you will be charged 8.5 yen (incl. tax) per 180 seconds from landlines, or 10 yen (incl. tax) per 20 seconds from cellphones.

Labor Standards Advice Hotline
The Labor Standards Advice Hotline is a commissioned service entrusted by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. The hotline offers general advice when the Prefectural Labor Bureaus and Labor Standards Inspection Offices are closed or on weekends and holidays. Foreign language support is available.

Saturday, Sunday, public holidays: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
