◆Children who are eligible:
Children born between Apr. 2, 2010 and Mar. 1, 2017, who are currently living in Minoh City (registered as residents).
On Feb. 28, Minoh City sent a vaccination ticket to the children who are eligible by mail. If you have not yet received the ticket, please contact the Minoh City COVID-19 Vaccination Call Center.
◆Children born after Mar. 2, 2017:
Minoh City will send eligible children a vaccination ticket by mail in the month following their 5th birthday.
◆Vaccine to be used / Where to get vaccination:
Pfizer’s children’s vaccine will be used (twice vaccinated 3 weeks apart). No other vaccines will be available for 2 weeks before or after this vaccination.
For information on how to make the reservation and where to get vaccination, please refer to the leaflet that arrived with the vaccination ticket or the Minoh City Website. It lists the individual medical institutions (hospitals and clinics) that can be vaccinated. We do not carry out group vaccination.
※Vaccination requires the approval of parents or guardians. When receiving vaccination, be sure to go to the vaccination site with your child as well as your parents or guardians.
