People who did not graduate from elementary/middle schools or graduated from middle school without adequate education can study at night middle school. Foreign citizens can also study Japanese from scratch (from “a-i-u-e-o”). No tuition is required.
The program is open to those who meet all of the following criteria (1) to (3):
(1) Living in Osaka Prefecture
(2) At least 15 years old on Apr. 1, 2024
(3) People who did not graduate from middle school
