People who did not graduate elementary/middle schools or graduated without adequate education can study at night schools (middle schools). International citizens can join the class and learn Japanese from scratch (from a-i-u-e-o). No tuition is required.
Eligibility: Those who meet all the following requirements:
(1) resident of Osaka Prefecture
(2) 15 years or older as of April 1, 2022
(3) have not received an education equivalent to that of middle school level in Japan
