Minoh City supports part of medical care expenses for the following 3 categories. Please submit a form if you qualify and have not yet received support.
Eligibility: Residents who are registered in Minoh City and have health insurance.
(1) Medical care for children
Children 0 to 18 years old
(2) Medical care for single parent families
— Children of single parent families 0 to 18 years old
— Mothers or fathers raising eligible children
— Guardians raising eligible children
※DV victims who are imposed protective order by a court are also eligible.
(3) Medical care for severely-disabled residents
— Those who have Physical Disability Certificate, Category 1 or 2 (Shintai Shogaisha Techo 1 or 2)
— Those who have Medical Rehabilitation Handbook (Ryoiku Techo) for intellectual disability, Category A
— Those who have Medical Rehabilitation Handbook (Rhoiku Techo) for intellectual disability, Category B1 with Physical Disability Certificate
— Those who have Mental Disability Certificate, Category 1 (Seishin Shogaisha Techo 1)
— Those who have Designated Intractable Disease (Specific Disease) Certificate (The Shitei Nanbyo Tokutei Shikkan Jukyushasho) with the Disability Pension, and receive the Special Child Raising Allowance, Category 1
※Recipients of welfare benefit are not eligible.
※There are restrictions on income to be eligible for categories in (2) and (3).
