Individuals aged 15 to 39 who have not undergone a health checkup at school or their workplace are eligible to receive a basic health checkup.
Eligible: Minoh City residents aged 15 to 39 (who do not receive health checkups through school or work)
Date & Time:
(1) Fri., Jan. 9 13:00-14:30
(2) Fri., Feb. 13 9:00-10:30
※ (1) Those going in the afternoon should skip lunch.
(2) Those going in the morning should skip breakfast.
Place: Minoh Medical Health Center (Minoh Iryo Hoken Center)
Fee: Free (once a year)
Checkups: Physical measurement, blood pressure, urine and blood tests, dental checkup (not available for those aged 20 or 30), medical consultation (doctor’s checkup, consultation about physical symptoms of concern, etc.)
※Women aged 20 and older can also receive cervical cancer screenings.
Application: Call by 15:00 the day before your preferred date.
What to bring: Identification showing your name, age, and address (e.g., My Number Card)
※Please wear separate clothing (top and bottom).
※Basic health checkups are held once a month. The date and time are listed in the “Kenshin Guidebook (Health Checkup Guidebook)”.
