Those single-parent households who are not eligible for the Child Rearing Allowance due to high income can apply for provisional benefits, if they have suffered from a decrease in income to the eligible level due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Also eligible are those who become a single-parent family by Feb. 28, 2021.
Amount:￥50,000 for a household, ￥30,000 for each subsequent child.
How to apply: Download application form from the Minoh City website and send with the necessary documents.
Application deadline: Sun., Feb.28, 2021
※Those who already have received the benefit cannot apply.
