Seasonal Influenza Vaccination for Elderly People

Influenza vaccination for elderly people started from Thu., Oct. 1. This vaccination is free of charge this year to prevent the prevalence of COVID-19 and seasonal influenza at the same time.

Eligibility:

(1) Those who are living in Minoh and will be 65 years or older on the date of vaccination.

(2) Those who are between 60 and 65 years old and have respiratory disability which affects daily life, or have difficulty with spending daily life activities due to a weakened immune system caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) (those who have a Physical Disability Certificate grade 1 or other medical certification issued by a doctor).

Period of vaccination: Thu., Oct. 1, 2020 – Mon., Dec. 28, 2020

※ Free vaccination is available only during this period.

Please check the Minoh City website or the paper of “Yobou Sesshu no Goannai (Koureisha no Influenza)” which was delivered with the October issue of the Momiji Dayori.
